I know, I agree. I'd hate to never be able to run sprints or shoot hoops or whatever it is I want to be doing.
Glad to see you sticking with sports I will always be working out at the least, to stay in shape, it always feels so good to be in shape.
I love it and will never quit. Yeah, I don't work out everyday, but like today for example, I lined a mens soccer game for an hour and a half. Then the obvious practices and such.
Wow, quite the athlete huh? I never really was in good shape until the last two years where i dropped down 30-40 pounds and worked out every day...
