Evony Needs a Queen!

In Evony, Queens are made, not born.

The Evony Team is now holding a contest to elect a Queen of Evony. Sorry guys, but this one is for the ladies! We are looking for real life photos of some of our beautiful Evony players, and one among them will be chosen by the players to become our Queen. So, ladies, find your dresses and crowns and grab those cameras!

Submission Rules:

• You may only submit photos of yourself, and you must be at least 18 years of age.
• All photos must contain the word “Evony” in the photograph itself. Whether you want to make a sign, or a sash or something else is up to you. You may be creative, but digitally adding the word is not acceptable.
• All photos must be “in costume.” What this means is up to you, but if you're wearing t-shirt and jeans, that photo will not be considered. You should look regal and bear in mind the setting of the game.
• All photos should be tasteful. This means no nudity or semi-nudity, and nothing lewd.

Rewards:

• The winning photo will be dubbed the Queen of Evony and will receive a special reward package in-game, which may include Evony Cents, in-game items and special recognition!
• In addition, everyone in the Queen's alliance will also receive a reward!

More details on the election will be coming soon!

The owner of the picture retains all rights to it. We will not use the picture without the written consent of the owner.

This event has been in the planning stages for quite some time and we plan on the Queen election being just the first of many exciting events and activities planned for the Evony community. We look forward to seeing your submissions!

I think it is a nice idea.

You guys are jealous for not being invited, for not being able to win any thing. You just want attention and make a fuss. Come up and do something for yourself and for this game in stead of complaining and ****ting to what other people do and come up with!

My idea for a counter part: not a King election, but a Joker election. The player that is making the most complians, without adding any value to this game and doing actually nothing himself, but nagging and irritating, can win this. He and his alliance can win all of the same stuff this Queen can win!

I am looking forward to the funny, and interesting competition!

this is a really interesting idea though, time to egg on the members of the alliance im in to enter! when maintenance ends....

EDIT: after reading other posts, concerning sexism etc... i think your all being a bit harsh. you have no idea if evony are planning a King competition later on? and as for age it does say you must be over 18 in dawnseekers post, im sure there not about to do anything illegal with the photos. so just calm the hell down! its a competiton, being used to generate a bit of excitement and fun.
