Do inactive cities get deleted?

How long does it take before cities get deleted? I know the amount of prestige they have contributes, and I know that if they've purchaced game coins they are stuck there permanantly.

I have heard that if they have 0 loyalty for a certain duration that they will be deleted faster. Does anyone know anything about accounts being cleared? I have about 10-15 inactives around me I would much rather be npc's.

This was taken from somewhere and is the way it's supposed to work but doesn't seem to.

Accounts with less than 100 prestige will be flagged inactive after 3 days with no login.
Accounts with between 100 and 1000 prestige will be flagged inactive after 7 days with no login.
Accounts with more than 1000 prestige are subject to being flagged inactive after 60 days with no login. We are not currently marking these accounts inactive, but we may do so in the future without further notice.
In addition, accounts which have only one city, and that city has high grievance with 0 loyalty will be flagged as inactive after 5 days with no login.

The only exceptions are accounts which have purchased Evony Cents. These accounts will never be flagged as inactive.

All accounts which are flagged as inactive will be deleted during the daily maintenance period. If you do not want your account to be deleted, log in once in awhile! Our goal is to encourage players to battle and ally themselves with one another and that works better without the added congestion of dead/inactive cities.

Once there down to 0 loyalty it takes 7 days, was a while back that I heard of this so I don't know if its still that

I'll get them down to 0 loyalty.. hopefully it works.. they are very annoying.

I have 3 inactives near me which I zeroed over a month ago and they are still there.

It seems like it take forever, but yes... they eventually do get deleted.

i have 2 inactive citys around me and the verry stupid they have been there for like 5 months now

On server 65 I have an inactive city that I haven't touched in months. Has high greivence and no loyalty.. but still there. I last touched it in September... still there lol.
