Giving someone a Hero

Time after time I have seen People "Attempt" to give heros away by giving a city w/Said hero,s in them to another person. this does Not Work. 90% of the time all but "1" Hero Poofs away. If you are going to give a Hero away Attack said person w/Said Hero until the person Gains the hero Via Decrease in heros loyalty 1 scout will do!

Another Mistake is Most people dont Know that a hero lvl 60 and up actually does take a high Rank to persuade. thus giving away a lvl 200 hero to a Knight isnt a good idea.
a lvl 1 hero only takes 1 k gold and no title to Persuade. Exp Stays on a hero when you attack someone and lose it!

Title Needed to persuade Heros
01 - 09 = Civilian
10 - 19 = Knight
20 - 29 = Baronet
30 - 39 = Baron
40 - 49 = Viscount
50 - 59 = Earl
60 - 69 = Marquis
70 - 79 = Duke
80 - 89 = Furstin
90+ = Prinzessin
Example of a Hero you could give to a Low Titled person.

havent lvled him last hero i gave away had 10 mil exp and got to around 135 attack from the lvls it went up

Do Not attempt to lower Loyalty on NPCs heros can be captured by NPCs.

Is there anyway to confirm this? I have been lowering loyalty of heroes before I give em away for a long time and have never lost a hero to an npc even when hoer loyalty is at 0.
