    Apparently these were introduced in the live version without having been Beta tested (imagine that! ). Anyone who has any info, coord placement, scout reports, etc, please post here. Also first person to cap one, please post with maximum troops in wave, i.e. 12=125k, 16=200k, 14=???k.

    Please don't flame this post. Specific info related to level 14 Historics only.

    Theory: (I am guessing, could require less..)
    Hero Level : 150+
    Rally spot: Lv 10.

    Waves: 35 waves of 1k warr, 1k pike, 1k sword, 1k scout, 95k archers to clear 14 million warriors.

    k on the lvl 14's I have found they are spaced every 132 miles apart x axis and 66 miles y axis within the same state. However from state to state they are 66 miles apart on the X axis.

    I have so far found 4 lvl 14's in my state of Tuscany in Na1

    Based on the info posted by others earlier there should be 9 Lvl 14's per state but there is only 8 because a lvl 12 overlaps the one in the center of the state IE: at 495,495 should be a 14 but is a 12.... probably a balance thing so there are not to many high lvl npc's at the center of a state.

    State lvl16 with 8 lvl4s on the borders (kinda) of the state. So NW,N,NE,E,SE,S,SW,W of your state lvl16.

    33, 165, 231, 363, 429, 561, 627, 759

    99, 297, 495, 693
    are skiped in the doubles
    a fourteen is only in its place as long as another level isn't suppose to be there

    If you mix these numbers you can find all the level fourteens.
