    I can't really say if the new system is better, as i never used it, but based on this being system being 'improved', I really feel sorry for everyone who used it.

    I've complained about a few things, and i have not yet anything solved, and only once had something other than an automated message back

    You know what I hate the most of the service? The tickets people have to file... Then it takes so long just to get a response. Not cool. Waste of time, for me. -_- And I have limited time.
