how can i get Prestige

Can anyone explane to me how to get more Prestige?
I know i can do that by attacking, but how?
Everytime i attack someone (npc or valley) my hero gets experience but no prestige.
Can someone help me?

A good way to get a bit of prestige is to build population, one of the quests gives you alot of prestige for that.

Now i am stuck with getting more prestige.

Hmmm, well for some reason, i get prestige if i do nothing, i think its my barracks, not sure

Train troops, Build buildings, Loose troops on NPC's are 3 ways i know offhand. On age1 at least

Build troops do research and build buildings
