No, I've scouted that one and that completed the lvl 14 and 16 quests. Now looking for the capital. Trying to complete the quest "Scout the capital city" now

Make good posts and the rep will come, there is no need to advocate for it.

    1) It is not cool to make a post and within that same post, say "this post is awesome and you all should rep it." If it's an awesome post, then it will stand on it's own merits.
    2) It's not cool to say "I need 5 points to get to the next threshold, I don't want to earn it, will you guys just gimme gimme cuz I want it?" Just keep making good posts and the rep will come naturally.

In other words, gaining rep needs no self-advocation. Do good work, and you will be rewarded.
Yea. So don't ask for rep.

First thing you need is at least 1 scout, then go to map type in cords 0,0 click on city and then click scout, Then send 1 scout
