9+ pure iron/lumber cities, average 21+ lvl 9 barracks per city. Minimum Level 12 star set.
A minimum of 169 barrels of rum and own distillery

Send an in-game mail to Draknor with the following information: city coordinates, barrack & troop count, top 10 hero stats and resource production.

Key thing to remember here is that these are minimum reqs, really a guideline for what we look at. More important to me in recruitment are the foundations and game knowledge the player has, troops can be rebuilt quite easily.

Most alliances base recruitment only on a minimum prestige req, which really tells you nothing of the player. We take a lot of time looking at each applicant individually to make sure we are only taking the best of the best
