    it means that you cannot just have historical cities. You MUST have a normal city too.
    So basically players will exploit this to have untakable cities porting around. They can port a normal city into a state, and provided they have ONLY HCs as their other cities they are safe from total loss.
    Its not a big deal really.
    Now how about some of the bugs in age1 being fixed some time this year.
    Scythe on S3, W12, etc.
    Scyther S128 Retired..
    Scythe NA4 Retired..

    what about players that already only have a hc as their only city and quit can we now capture them or not cause this needs to b fixed to if not.

    this is annoying because we got some one who has a hc for their only city on na11 and it needs to be fixed and you keep saying it is fixed but that person still only owns one city so figure it out guys

    As far as I remember

    I have propose that while i am playing Age II beta

    The propuse of it
    allow historical city can be circulated between players by capped thro' plundering

    This means no player can keep his historical city dropping other non-historical city and hold it as last city

    holding a historical city as his last city that cannot capped by other is a serious crime..it is now sentenced to guilty...

    but i was dis-apponted..it seems it takes age (seem i propose in beta game) to rectify
    it is a guilty in holding historical city as last city

    change the walls for any npc over lvl10 to look like their lvl, example lvl12 HC has lvl12 walls

    Default Empty flat for a Historic

    What are we suppose to do with the location of a historical city being empty? In beta you could teleport a city onto the location and wait till after maintenance to get a new historic, I have found that not to be the case here now. Do I need to create a city on that location and abandon it to get a Historical City back on that location? Also, does the flat have to be a certain level or will any level work?

    Anyone know the answer to this?

    There are only 2 spots "missing" HCs, they are in Romagna and they will never appear there to my knowledge.
