That kind old lady stopped the rain for us.
She said it would only make us cold, and miserable, and sick.
We thanked her and hugged her and she walked away smiling warmly.

Ounoit. Because I'm the kind of person who sees a game like that and ends up thinking "But how do the people respond to all this?"

Also, you're probably going to laugh when you hear about where Penny's trying to get to.

Well, that section's done. And no, it's not the end. As always, I'd like feedback. Pleases.

"i'm taking it to hell with me" eh? very nicely done. good flow as always. and again your descriptions give one a view of the pointedly colorless world that is eating itself alive.

Well, in my mind at least, I was also hoping to show a kind of mindset like the Egyptian pharaohs... you know, where they wanted to take all their stuff to the afterlife, including servants? It really wasn't supposed to be vindictiveness so much as proprietorship.
