I did the wheel of fortune and got "on War" book that allows my hero to gain 100,000 xp but i dont know how to use it so some help would be nice

Go into your Feasting Hall and click on the View hero. Once there click the little green plus sign to the right of your heroes experience. Should prompt what experience item to give them.
