NA32 - Latency

Severe latency on NA32, we're aware of it and currently working on a fix.

We're going to get it working again as soon as possible.

We are currently performing an emergency update on NA32 to resolve the lag issue, and we'll be investigating further, as we may need to address the hardware.

The server is back up, and is doing a lot better, we will be doing more tonight during the normal service window in an attempt to speed it up even more.

An update on server NA32 -

The server is currently having a fix tested, and may be up again in as little as one hour. Maintenance will have already been completed as well, as far as I know.

The problem at this time is that a piece of hardware failed, and it appears as though all messages and war reports will be lost. We're really sorry for that, but it doesn't look as if we'll be able to recover that data.

Sorry for the inconvenience, and we're working to have this server back on its feet as soon as possible.
