I have 20-30xbox games but whenever i DO get around to playing it (which isnt alot cause well evony.. lol) but i just play Halo:Reach online.

This is a genuine question:

What games would you recommend buying for the 360? I haven't purchased one cause I can only think of the Gears Franchise as being worthy of $60...(i've just realized that paying $60 for Gears3 would only be buying the singleplayer half of the game... so nvm its not worth it to me either...)

But seriously though, what games would you (360 owners) recommend buying? And don't say Halo -.- And i'm talking exclusives here, if I can buy it on PS3 it doesn't count.
