It is a lame attempt to bribe us to promote Evony. While I enjoy the game for the past 2 years I would not bring anyone else into it as there are way too many issues with the game. The flats that always pop up, the sudden change of rules, the difficulty in gaining medals and lately the connection issues where you can not connect for hours. And it is not only me, most of our alliance members have had the same problem.

Besides, I use my face book and twitter account for business purposes and would not promote a game through that.

First of all I would like to say I was one of the people that did NOT tweet. I refuse to do ANYTHING to help advertise for a game that is failing their paying customers in a bad way. Besides the recent blunders such as the 72hr alliance cooldown (with no warning), and captchas, which are reason enough, I remember back to when we would have 5 days of free upkeep WITHOUT tweeting. I remember days when we could build a 5 or 10 field without having to worry about Evony removing half of them (or all of them) every few weeks. Meanwhile there are unused npcs and accts that have been dead for over a year that are left alone. Until they get their act together and start doing things rationally, I will have no part in promoting anything to do with Evony. You can keep your free day of upkeep, I'll just farm the lv6's and 2's that you left in my field for food, until I can rebuild all the 5's and 10's you pulled.

I notice we got a mail this morning about what I think you were talking about. And I think evony was a joke for not only pulling it, but also for not letting the members know about it. It was uncalled for. They had no right to pull something like that without telling their members.
