I like the medal idea. There is a vb mod for this version of vB that can be added that allows supermoderators to give out medals from the moderator control panel. However, I know those get screwed up if Evony ever switched to vB4.

To the person that said it... the smiles can be changed. You can add different sets if you want. Different vB forums have different sets of smilies. Although, I kinda like the ones that are here lol.

Today I was thinking we have in the region of 40k active users and yet when you look around the forum posts the majority of posts are made by an extremely small proportion.

The diversity of the threads is super and most anything can be found here from 'say hi' to 'battle mechanics' so I dont think the content is restrictive or cliquey. But it would be nice to draw a few more out of their shells and get them involved.

Probably a slightly touchy subject at the moment but winning prizes does help!

I want two things:

(1) Medals for members to win that would sit below their avatar when they post

I think the medals idea is good! But speaking personally it doesnt really matter to me if Im a baron or a prinzessin on the forum. Perhaps IF the medals were to build to a collection that you could cash in for something in game then it probably would get people more involved?

Or have a monthly (dare I say it) quiz/clue with a pre-determined prize for example. It may be a hard mod task to keep on top of but hey I hear you mods are up for a challenge
