Hey just wondering.. i just eddited a photo that i want to use as a Siggy.. ( i know that it is the wrong size but hey..)

It's a good place to start from. ^^

I like how you were experimenting with color changing, blurring, etc. I think you should keep playing around with tools and stuff until you get familiar with them, and try to use an image editing program after you know your way around that site since they offer a larger variety of options (Gimp or Photoshop, Gimp's free too). Instead of taking the whole image, maybe resize things, combine a few images in one, etc, on a fixed size canvas. For your text, it's easy to search up tutorials for text effects or placements.

Keep messing with effects and stuff and you'll learn quickly.

not bad ErnestoMM and thnx Aisukaze for the comment. i have Gimp aswell but it is a lot harder to use.. i wanna get Photoshop but it costs way to much...

Gimp gets easier to use with practice. It is well worth learning if you have the program.
i think you did a good job with the changing color effects. But seems you are going backwards lol. Yousually you learn simpler applications of effects. But good for you. Keep it up.

No offence, but I agree with prodigy. The "after" seems too busy. With the colors on the "after", you want to look everywhere, but the "before" has you focused on one point. But it's a nice start!

Check out a site called Gimptalk. That's where you'll learn to use the program. It's a nice start for someone who has never tried image editing before... but watch how you place text. Try to make it blend with the overall image.
