At this time, our engineers think the best course of action is to migrate the server to completely new hardware. This process should take about 2 hours. Sorry for the delay. We'll have the server back as soon as we can.

We're encountering a problem right when we open the server to players. Our engineers are looking into it, but right now we've closed it while we try to pin down the problem.
