    Default Diablo 3 Post-Patch 1.04/1.05

For those who've been playing D3, how've you been finding the new patches?

If ya don't know, here's a breakdown of the two latest patches and what major changes occured:

1.04 came out a while ago but essentially it re-vamped all the legendary items in the game. It made them not only better, but gave them unique attributes that can only be found on those items. It also added Paragon levels. 100 new levels that can be reached after you get to the lvl60 cap. They increase MF and GF by 3% per level, as well as your base stats to make you more powerful.

1.05 came out today and they added Monster Power difficulties. Basically, before you start a new session you can choose a difficulty ranging from Normal --> MP10. And each power level increases the difficulty by a LOT, but also increases MF and GF and # of item drops. More importantly they added a new event called 'The Infernal Machine'. It's kinda like the Uber Tristram event in D2:LoD

Hopefully, PvP is coming in the next patch...

So, who still plays and/or is gonna start playing again? Cuz I know i'm going to be playing a lot more (even though I just bought Torchlight2 XD).

If you still play, add me: eric0095#1951

I play on occasion, I don't have an Auth, so my acc has been hacked plenty of times. Oddly enough, though, Every time it's hacked my items get better, instead of stolen. Lol.

I'll be getting an acc Auth shortly tho, it's starting to get rediculous.

Woah really? I don't have an authenticator either but I haven't been hacked at all. You're not replying to those Blizzard spam emails are you? :/

I don't get any blizzard spam.

It's the same guy who does it every time. I suspect he downloaded a pirated version, but needs a real acc to play. That would be why my acc gets improved instead of deleted lol.

Ah lol, ya that's probably it haha. I'd get an Authenticator if I had a smartphone... Mostly to sell gear on the RMAH

Uhhh, no. There's no monthly fee, if that's what you mean. You have to pay the up-front cost... But after that, it is free to play.

Apparently getting the keys to the Infernal Machine isn't that hard... I haven't had any luck though.

EDIT: Is it just me, or do DHs have OP DPS? This is my DH, and i'm ashamed to say he has more DPS than my Wizard and Barb combined -.-'

EDIT2: My DH's DPS is more like 130K now. But, i'd rather show you how cool my Barb looks:

i enjoyed D3 for the first few months. Once they let all the hacks run rampid, and focused the game solely around spending cash in the RMAN I stopped playing.
I did get to Hardcore Inferno Act1, but the Elite packs were just too much.

I focused on farming act 1-3 Inferno in MF gear, making loads of $ from Unid items (until the Unid glitch ruined that).

This is the gear set I had when I left the game:

This gear has since been transferred to my 2ed account. I was going to sell it on the RMAH but decided to just hold it for possible later game play.

You going to play again once PVP gets released? Eight months later and they've finally released something official about it:

D3 is a shadow of what D2 was

    Blizzard got greedy methinks..

Forgot about the gameplay and the customers.. and focused more on making $$ out of the game.
