I agree. Given that.. Would you like to shed some light on the formation (or reform) of Olympian? Your reasons for attacking Sentinel? Your future plans? (Rumour is Olympian is a one hit wonder that'll fade quickly into retirement).

I had my own reasons for leaving Khans, One of them being I;'m kinda over evony, its a game with flaws that makes a stale mate boring and unbreatable, and its a waste of my time...And out of respect for the kick ass alliance Khans, I couldnt dishonor their blue relationship by having an opinion about sentianl, from my own first hand experience, and stay, while calling people out.. THe one dumb thing was generalizing about Sentianl in WC, which i realized after speaking to a couple, there are some good players and people in there..

So I left to wind down and play the way I want.. simple.. other people had their own reasons, and I can't speak for them. Either way it's been FUN! and nice to be in a battle after so f@cuking long...

FYI, The moment I left Khans, Keyhawk started sending 15 min scout bombs with his king/queen... i ended up sending a few waves to put a little honor on him but nothing serious. So I didn't hit sentinal first. Yea not a real attack but a message he was sending, which I read loud and clear. Not to mention his WC call-outs. So an opportunity arose and I took it, had some fun and yea, we'll see whats next.

Lots of requests coming in for reports and details on last night’s attacks on the Sentinel 16, Berlin… carried out by OLYMPIAN. Going to keep this as factual as possible, so here goes!!

It didn’t take us long to eat through the pike, swords and archers…. Initial clear was super easy as there appeared to be no one on the account; we had great fun smacking troops out with our Mech waves.

After the initial clear someone hopped on the account, started to build in walls and move troops in… we basically killed the reinf as it arrived, and repeatedly cleared the town for an hour or so… In-between clears the gates were closed and the city speech texted, setting a precedent for the rest of the attack.

Eventually the town dropped into MechD, I would imagine Sentinel have a lot of splatty reports once this happened while we tried to work around this notoriously difficult defence lay out, we did manage to clear it again a few times while in MechD, there was never more than a mil or so troops in the city at any point after the first few reinforcements were killed off. From here on in, sent spent a lot of time with gates closed and the loy being texted back up, mainly allowing spam to land, but closing on any timed mech/arch waves… they did let a few through but closed for a lot more than they opened for

Estimated losses to farqwar…. The initial clear, plus another 10-15 mil in mixed troops, hard to tell as they stratted the town so scouts were all over the place… but we killed a lot of reinf over the time we were attacking so I’d say that’s a pretty fair guesstimate!

As for the big question… is OLY re-forming? Are we a one hit wonder? Did we leave Khans just to attack Sentinel…

I guess OLY has technically re-formed, the big question is how long for… a number of us consider this to be our ‘’end game’’ wiping out army’s and having fun with old friends before we retire, this may takes days, weeks, months… nothing is set in stone – which is kind of the beauty of what we are doing, playing the game as it was meant to be played and having fun doing it without the stress and strain of diplomacy and drama.

As for Sentinel, we left Khans and returned to Oly… Sent was still set blue from our old oly days and stayed that way until Keyhawk declared on Tawz and started sending waves at his 14, this lead to us declare, and well the rest is history!!

So watch this space, it could get real interesting …

the reason the 14 was an npc is simple really....there kinda pointless to us now so we thought we would free a few up and give others the chance in capping and owning them...hopfully bring a bit more life into the server...grats on the cap hopfully you will fill it up and not just sit with closed gates and comfort defend

Also if u notice alot of posts needing approval, tell me what computer u are using, when i use my desktop it never needs approval but if i use my laptop or my friends desktop always needs approval, so mabey it sees an unfamiliar IP address or something and that confuses it?

LOL I been banned a few times, it knows my IP and no issue with me posting.. but I know art posted some Battle reports and lolly I think. It could be that they don't post a lot... as long as the mod gets to it, not like last one which took days! we'll see...
