I've just started downloading this on Steam, anyone else playing it? From the reviews i've heard it looks to be pretty sick. Not to mention it's FREE to play All you need is a decent comp (or so i've been told).

Gonna play it once its finished downloading... Taking a bit... 9 gigs...

I got the beta 2 days before full came out, so i didnt have time to play it.

The button that said play for free worked for me

P.S. Definitely going to main as an infiltrator, one of the most fight effecting class archetypes there is it seems, a good one anyways.

I'm playin terran republic on jaegar server.. tried all three factions, other 2 feel like your shooting pea shooters.

This game is pretty serious. lol.

I think belonging to an outfit is practically mandatory with this game lol. I was the only person from my faction (Vanu on some random server) defending our bio-lab from roughly 10 Terrans and 5 Conglomerates... needless to say, we lost the lab and I just quit and started looking for an outfit.

I'll join your server instead, cuz Vanu on that server was getting roflstomped (part of the reason I joined them cuz I thought I could help, boy was I wrong).

Ya, only good I've found in playing solo is drop podding in on an enemy fortress with a Sniper rifle and a dream.

So you play Vanu then? I like how they don't suffer from bullet drop, but the fact that most battles take place at around 100 meters really puts them at a disadvantage due to the extreme bullet damage dropoff they suffer from.

Joined your server, cush. All I did was join the biggest public platoon and follow the waypoints lol. Ranked up 3 times and only died once for around 5 or so kills. Considering I had just been goofing around suiciding for 0-3 before that, I suppose it wasn't so bad...
