Farming Materials for Gear Upgrade

I've been having very little success farming materials other than a few Lost Armor Scripts. I've heard valleys, low level NPCs, and a slew of theories with really no results.

Is there a better method than what I've discovered to do this other than farming the Shop?

not really. the drop rate is practically non existent. i did hear that lvl 10 vallys drop but no proof.

If you don't want to spend an eternity farming, then your best bet is to buy materials.

Best bet is buy them, win them off the wheel, or commission quests for cents. If you really want to farm them, hit hundreds of lvl 10 valleys and hope you get one or two materials and hope even more that they are the ones that you are looking for. FYI, farming them is expensive.

i do understand it shouldnt be easy, but non existent is absolute madness.
not to mention the affect it has on somebody hunting, lol
hunting mats is harder than 15 set stars. anybody else see anything wrong here?

you can also farm npc for ammies and hope to win mats or cents.

ya but money is all that matters to them, cant even send out a comp package after some 8 hr **** up not to mention weeks of **** ups.

are commision quests based on title or number of troops involved?

title as far as, u cannot accept a quest thats either higher, or lower than ur title
i forget wich way it is.
never heard of anything about troop wise.

I'm kind of sick of people saying the drop rate is non-existent but its almost true I lost 800k warr and got 13 materials And that's from 5 hours of work Evony needs to raise it a bit
