Farming Materials for Gear Upgrade

I'm kind of sick of people saying the drop rate is non-existent but its almost true I lost 800k warr and got 13 materials And that's from 5 hours of work Evony needs to raise it a bit

You mind sharing what you are doing? 13 mats in 5 hours isn't bad at all...I'd say that's pretty good actually.

Well what you do is send 100k Warr to a Lvl 10 Valley and lose estimated 4-5k a hit. Just do it like your medal farming Cap and abandon, since I'm a Princezzin I get 130 Material a day That made me jump from lvl 3 Gear to 4 I'm going for five today.

ive had material drop in low level valley, but it is extremely rare

As has been said, LVL 10 valleys have the higher drop rate, but higher is only a relative term. It is a very low % but does happen.
Curiously, at the beginning of the server, drop rate is quite good, even in low level valleys, but it crashes though the floor after the first couple of days

i went to na 45 to do some tests concerning farming materials
out of 4 million warriors, and 2 mil archers i never found 1 material
so can i ask you lambomercy,
what is it that u did to get 13?
i never found 1.

your guidance would be greatly appreciated

I play na46 And strangely I still get 130 Material a Day even though its been a month or two since its opened so now I'm at lvl 5 Gear with no star guess I'm going Gem farming.

Read the thing I said before send 100k warr to a lvl 10 Valley and keep on capping and abandon.

Now I'm bored I've reached my goal of lvl 5 gear and cap a 14 now I guess I'll try to get to lvl 10 gear so I don't randomly attack people.....

yeah my last post was my error. i didnt pay attention,
i normally go to my subscribed threads page and click one by one if some new post has been put up.
i came here and it took me to page one. i thought i was on the current last post, wich was yours in wich you stated
you were tired of people complaining about mat drops.
after i posted it showed me page 2 :/
my fault.
but yeah ive tried on two different occasions to farm materials.
and never got anywhere with it.
my misfortune of not being able to find mats discouraged me from even trying.
i figured heck, 1 a day atleast would keep the hope alive eh.
kinda like farming for honor medals.
coincidentally i found tons of those hunting mats.
but like i said i never got a single mat on na 45.
idk
seems pretty clear cut just send this or that cap abandon.
your numbers are quite encouraging to others.
i just cant imagine why i am not having the same ballpark luck.

Well I colonized my 400 cities and got the drop buff and usually Hsve wisemen gear on and another thing may be because your on na45and I did my hunting on 46 so that may be why. I suggest you start fresh when na48 comes out or simply join na46

As of today I have lvl 6 gear with all 11 stars took me the whole day but it was worth it caz now my has 500+ attack

considering lvl 6 gear with 12 star set is 470ish attack for queen, i find it hard to believe your lvl 6 gear 11 set is over 500........

Yeh it's attack isn't really 500+ I made a mistake I didn't realize I had the uprise buff and war horn on I guess I was planning to attack someone but I forgot......

Anyways his real attack is 457 and he's an HH with a base of 91 attack and I'm quater way to lvl 7 think I'm gonna stop there it's tiring
