I'm hoping this thread stays clean(ish) and open. Whilst I admit to homicidal tendancies toward the author, I'm also interested to see the reactions of people, to the actual thinking of the 60's.

Or is it the hair rollers?

While i disagree with the things said in that article, At the time, That was what women were expected to do and most acctually did it. Which is really sad, they must have had really crappy lives

I'd go into all the amazing things a guy can do with his two hands if his wife is absent for a while, but I'll keep it rated PG here.
I personally do not care much about what my (hypothetical) wife would do for bed. I care only for three things: looks, ability to use a microwave, and a good, intelligent personality.
