My suggestion is that you incorporate a section of the forum where we can ask questions, resolve issues, etc directly to the Evony staff. I don't mean just players like us who are given mod status, but actual people who know what is going on. For example, forum mods can't discuss updates to the terms of service, discuss or explain why it takes 5 days for customer service to handle complaints, etc. Aside from processing our package payments, it seems actual Evony employees are scarce and rarely heard from.
