cav leveling requires HBR 6 to have acceptable losses. But there is no faster way of hitting 10s. i would reccomend holding off till your hero is close to 300 attack. Much lower losses go up.

you would use 95k cavs, 5k scouts.

You arnt using cavs to be efficient losses wise, you are using cavs to power level heros.

double fleeted port farming or double fleeted medal farming is a better use of fleet imo but i personally only use fleet to atk reds
