There are quite a few bigger then SDMF and Hotstuff. ET was somewhere round the 25 mill mech mark last i saw. (somewhere round the 6-7 bill per hour burn) but there are quite a few who run around 1 bill per hour -3 bill per hour.

I actually got a chance to scout ETs war city wile he was sending some waves at me and he has over 200 mill archers and hundreds of millions of scouts and tens of millions of mechs and i doubt anyone could ever beat him troop wise

it is possible, The report Hacker put in Battle reports of his personal army is much much bigger then ET. i dont recall the exact burn but its just too big.
