    Evony - can I ask what your last upgrade consisted of? What were you attempting to do? What improvements were you expecting or hoping for?

    Whatever you did or tried to do has made the game unplayable on many servers. I know you will lay the blame on players botting - but players were botting before your upgrade and the game was still playable, people were able to log in and play the game - there was a small amount of lag just after maintenance but we put up with that as we knew it would clear and we could at least log in and play the game.
    Now if we do actually get to log in all we get is a spinning clock whenever we try to do something.

    Numerous threads have been posted here complaining about it. Different servers and different people saying the same thing. But nothing changes.

    Your Halloween promotion seemed to be a success - people paying their hard earned cash on the promotion, on a game they enjoyed playing previously.
    If you want this to continue then please listen to your customers for a change and do something about this.

    Totally agree, this appears to be an issue on all servers that were upgraded, with some being affected a lot more than others.

    More new super servers with super lag to drive away players. Conditions were bad before the "upgrades" to servers, now they are intolerable. Every server is suffering massive lag and login issues, the only servers not complaining are those that are not bothering to. The 15 minute maintenance each night is taking from 30 mins to 3 hours on ss76 for instance, and no one bothers complaining because they know that no one is listening. Logins get locked almost daily, with players knowing that others are able to log in and ravage their city while they wait to be allowed back on. The servers have been so completely taken over by bots that the current state of the game is to have "hubs", blocks of 20-50 cities with no npcs, no attempts to farm. The outer cities are all either in holiday or truce. Center cities have burns of 3-4 billion per hour and sit in holiday until the owner feels like popping them out, raiding other alliances farms (multi-accounts) for a few hours, then popping back to their safe spot and going back into holiday. These people don't bother complaining because they only even check their bots every few days to see if they are still working or not. The freaking game is broken and the devs don't care because they are busy making things like COE which no one wants.

    Ss56 was working ok until the "upgrade"!!

    Looks like we got another "upgrade". Maint 70+ minutes and the lag which normally is 2-3 minutes has increased to 4-5 minutes

    what about the wee fix we dont know off ? how many lvs can you add 2 a hero in one go is it less than 20 30 lvs before main after main you lose the 30lvs

    That's BS and on top of that you're contradicting yourself. If there were multiple virtual servers crammed on one physical servers, they would still show different ip-addresses when doing a nameserver lookup. TCP/IP doesn't make a distinction between virtual and physical server. There are more ways leading to Rome and also to route traffic to specific servers...
    Not saying I know anything about how they're set up, but you don't either and you just showed a huge lack of knowledge in trying to 'prove' what very likely is untrue.

    I been playing this game for almost 4 yrs there was no lag before botter

    I've been playing over 4 years. There was no lag like there is now on SS56 prior to the last server updates. Lag went from minor nuisance at maintenance to a full day affair. So bad people cannot log sometimes for hours after maintenance. The lag is affecting timing which affects battles rendering the game unplayable. Doesn't take a genius to work out it was linked to the upgrades and the launch of the new evony game.
