The forums were working fine in 2010. It wasn't until the update to vB 4 that the email servers stopped working, and that upate occured either mid to late 2012 or early 2013.

I joined in 2009, and never experienced issues with my email, even sometime in late 2010 to early 2011 when I had my email changed by an administrator.

It took 4 years for evony to send me my activation code to get on the forums. I just got it last week.

Then why does you forum account say it was created December 2013?

I have sent hundreds of emails an have never got an answer form evony. And that is just this year.

He was talking about the forum email system, not the in-game one.

You can create the account without an activation code, but to post, you need it. I had the problem so was locked out from posting for about a year +
