I have a suggestion say if evony as our provider of services if have a issue with there so called provider of services or partners limit the risk of passing that burden onto its customer via reasonable and achievable means
such as if know problem not being able to provide its service realize that there game revolves around most players having to rely on the fact that to play game involves a fair amount of time invested.
If our computer go down that would be our fault but when evony quite aware of the fact service not being provided
how hard is it to limit the effects by stalling the upkeep
I find that it is quite irrational on customers behalf that by passing on the 10 hours of negative progress during the 10 hr outage the real issue when come to your bad service to investors of game that is in no way due to the bad service provided to you guys for the outage so why pass that burden onto us when feel purposely done if not why is that done.
Surely realize its impact on players isn't there a better protocol can put in place i know you guys have somewhat said wont happen again but in my world manure happens and I'm sure can implement better procedures for less consumer burdens added to issues on your behalf with simple means such as wavering upkeep till issue solved and should by rights be 24hrs free upkeep after event.
do realize that maybe see as a cash milk in such circumstances but because of lazy business its your customer that reflect on themselves why continue to play a game where treated as stupid for the mere fact enjoy and wonder why play and often add stupid game cause sometime feel treated that way by provider.
note: I know the game about business to you guys i rather relish on the basis of when do good business moves rather then gringe on bad ones in relation to your consumers and questionable business practices how are we to recommend game sometimes feel takes advantage of us
