Glitch or "feature"?

This is Day#2 of empty farming, snail-slow population growth on ss79. Lots of troops and market stuff getting hung and staying that way. I'd really like that solved, so I can holiday immediately and think it over.

Here we go with that "more than once". It's happening again today, NPCs are empty and are staying that way. A pox on the master timer!

On the good side, I read that Evony has decided to honor it's current special half-upkeep item until October 8th, as originally (in error) advertised.

The original communications were correct. The implementation had a mistake in it that turned off the item's effect prematurely.
