How does one go about creating(making) an alt city on the server that I play on?

Or do I have to establish a new account?

an alt city? Is usually made by an alt account. So yes you have to create another account. Good luck ;-)

So if I play on ss77 and evony says they recommend a certain server, how do I get around that? In other words the system defaults to another server, I do not see my server listed.

you have to log in again, after starting your account on a new server you get the option to select servers the second time you log in

have fun, building alts sucks
