Same as Devil items, just older. when the Angel/Devil items first came out they were Trick Or Treats, Brought out for Halloween one year. The Trick/Treat items are better then the angel/Devil items since they give MORE per item. (So 1 trick item might give 3x lost in the wastes or 2 poisoned feasts for interest, While a Treat item might give 3x Fleet Feet as opposed to 1 like we get currently.)
