Adobe flash player issue

I'm running w10 Pro on an I5 with 16 RAM. When I load Neat 3462 (using Edge) I have a message from Adobe saying to set the parameters(increase the local storage). But I can't, anywhere I click there is no response. I went in Edge advanced parameters to see if USE ADOBE IS CHECKED and it is.
NEAT is working in the background but I can't make any change or set nothing.

Any idea about that problem would be appreciate. thanks
