resources in valleys

there are threads on amount of resources in npc cities, but not in valleys, can anyone make a thread on it.
Valley type
lv
Food
Lumber
stone
iron
gold

from my experience the amount is random to some degree.

valleys always give the type of resource they produce.
they never seem to give gold.

roughly.
lvl 1 = 600
lvl 2 = 1000
lvl 3 = 2000
lvl 4 = 4000
lvl 5 = 10000
lvl 6 = 20000
lvl 7+ unknown to me only ever captured not raided.

repopulation time seems to be about an hour
