So I have this Icon like I've used some item it's a picture of a face with a red X over the mouth. I can talk in world and alliance chat and can whisper. So its not a mute. Anyone else know what the heck it is about?

It has something to do with recently declaring war on an alliance.
I'm unsure of exactly what they would be though.

That icon is in place during the cool-down time for War Declaration.
