How do I send a message to everyone in my alliance?

Can someone tell me how to do this?

If you're the Host, or the Host has given your rank the privelages to do so, then it's on the Alliance page under the Options tab called Group Message.
If the Host hasn't given you this power or you're a member, then you gotta do it the old fashioned way: one message for every person, one at a time.
