    If Archery is 10, then you've got no reason not to upgrade HBR unless you prefer your HBs to take longer to get places and die more often.

    Compass might be an issue if you plan on farmin' NPC10s w/ a hero with less than 150 attack, but it's easy enough to get around.

    Personally, I had mine maxed as soon as I could.
