Coal

I found the "S" FOrget the rules, then Bother you, ANd changed the "C" in coal to an "H" creating "SHOAL"

do not take the title literally....you can remove, add, OR change one letter to create a new one..that's it...VOILA!!!! :D

As far as I can tell, coal is the last word, so... Boal, and yes it is a word :)
