Open Apology / Customer Service
I am trying to resolve 2 issues:
#1. My account being closed
#2. My Chargeback
After following Evony's email directions I contacted escalation@evony.com in an effort to have my account opened, all I received was another email telling me to contact escalation@evony.com.... Going in circles here.
I contacted billing@evony.com in an effort to explain why I initiated the charge back (I purchased evony cents and did not use them all or the in-game items I purchased with evony cents) to which I received an email saying my account would be closed permanently if I did not reauthorize the payment to go through within three days and to contact the billing department to resolve the issue. Well, my account is already closed and I tried to contact the billing department... Going in circles here too.
Yes I used a device to help with farming and to level up my heros, call me a cheater, chastise me, burn me at the stake or whatever else. I have played this game for almost 1 year and up until I had one of my cities capped by a "device" player 3 months ago I did play by the rules. I quickly learned in order to not lose my cities, time, effort and money I put into those cities I had to become competitve so I leveled the playing field by using a device.
The funny thing is I am now permanently banned and know of several players who used the "device" even during the last sweep and they did not get banned and are playing as I write this. ???
This is an open apolgy to Evony and all the players who had the moral fortitude to not use the device. I AM SORRY!! It was never my intention to hurt Evony or any other players, please FORGIVE me!!
I enjoy playing Evony, I enjoy the social atmosphere, and I wish to continue playing so I am asking Evony and all moral players to accept my apology. I will never use a "device" again. Please let me have my account back.
