It's actually your embassy that allows the larger # of troops into your city, the relief station only speeds it up. So your embassy and RS are both key buildings. I would say the embassy is more important.

The building setup i have atm is 6 cottages and 15 barracks. You will be fine with only 6 cottages however i dont reccomend going any less.

Actually, nice one for the noobs, good ideas.... however, embassy is the one that covers' yer butt for reinforce, and the rally gets troops moving faster, but other than that, a good guide for noobs.... reppin ya

marvinius, rally does not affect troops speed.
