Im not great, compared to many im amature. I know the basics. When it comes to brushes deviant and google are your best friends.
It takes practice and tutorials. To learn things just play around and eventually you will find things and say to yourself, 'oh that's how that is done'.

I'm no expert.

I made this signature a while back. I edited your name into it. Sorry, it doesn't have any hot famous ladies.

i prefer photoshop but its on my dead comp (i had power surge and fried the motherboard)
so i downloaded GIMP :)

also i found a picture website for images with no background! planetrenders.net
