1) Garchomp has a higher speed, so he acts first. Dragonrush/Dragon Claw wipes out Dragonite. Garchomp also outspeeds Typhlosion, and One earthquake wipes that. I'll give it to Jolteon, its faster. But its crap move set doesn't really hurt garchomp.Quote:
