Its now out of Holiday mode. Why did this happen?

my guess is you got suspended and your suspension is now over
But that account got a Perm ban over 3 weeks ago.
So is Evony saying I have been cheating again?
Even though I cant logon to it anymore? LOL
This just shows they got it wrong in the first place.
Still waiting for a reply from my previous Emails about this matter.

A lot of innocent people were not told why they were suspended 3 days and came back to a trashed account.
And Evony is going to do it over and over and over again and not explain why. Do you know why?? Because they can. They can do whatever they want to whoever they want for a reason and without a reason.
bottom line is that their actions show they do not care about their playerbase - at least those most in charge. most of the mods and reps here seem to have some level of empathy.
for every 10 people they ban, suspend, or generally crap on there is 1 guy who never visits the forums, logs in maybe an hour or two a day and still spends a few hundred bucks a month on the game. this is the player evony cares about, quite obviously, and as long the 5-percenters and cash cows keep shoveling them money none of this is going to change. they can mistreat the bulk of their clients as much as they please and there's nothing we can do about it.
If the situation remains confusing, I'd suggest email escalation@evony.com.

I've mailed escalation@evony.com every other day for 2 weeks and have never received a reply of any type. Never received a reply from evony period to be honest.

Its a shame to think I spent over a year playing this game and spent $100 to have my account blocked.
Such an good game gone bad from poor Customer service.

If thousands of players are emailing that mailbox, every single day, for multiple reasons, it would already be nearly impossible to keep up with. When every player emails them repeatedly, it spams the mailbox to the point where virtually nobody will get an answer in a reasonable amount of time.
I ask that you all use some common sense and understand that if your one email wasn't getting a response due to a huge workload, then sending 30 more probably won't help.
surely those who answer the email aren't the only ones able to assist players with issues?
why not offer assistance on the matter right here, foxy?
and why would you create excuses for poor customer service when so many other MMOs manage to take of 1-2million active players with such a higher success rate? you do a poor job of hiding your true colors.
