Since its pretty much agreed cypher will NEVER be a part of it, I felt like bringing this back.
We also need some sort of confirmation system, that new applicants have to show who they are on the forums.

Mail the person a secret phrase then they PM you that phrase on the forums? That way you know its the real person.
