May seem redundant but clear your cache and so forth worked for me after i did that the first time;)

this works for me, when i log in, even though my server is preselected, i select it then play. i have noticed if i don't select it (even though it is selected already) i get the "incorrect account or password" error. hope this is helpfull ;)
It happens pretty randomly to me. I use 2 different e-mails for 2 different servers. I usually have it set so it "Remembers me" and most of the time I get it when I go to http://XX.evony.com and the login info for the opposite server. (Better explained -I am on server A and B, with a different e-mail addy for each, I got http://A.evony.com and e-mail B is auto filled so I switch it to A. That's what I usually get the error, but clicking Log In a second time usually succeeds.)
I've yet to get it at home, where I type in my email and password every time ... yet when I am at work and I desire to log into real quickly during a lunch break or whatever (I've got this PC set to remember me and saved my password for quicker entry while at work) I get this error quite a bit ... usually clearing the cache, or simply refreshing the page works ...
At home: Chrome (nothing saved)
At work: Internet Explorer (both user / password saved)
I know that this has worked for me and a few of my alliance members. I usually log in directly from the bookmark, but when the 'incoorect password' message appears, go to evony.com, click my account, then click on the support button and login from there. So far has worked every time. Hope this helps.
