Cale: trap check 20+4: 24
Cale notices a odd looking leaf lay out. Upon examination, a pit is found underneath it.
Graham: Find 14+4 = 18
Graham notices some goblin trail signs: Broken twigs, discarded food etc.

Graham looks up to find that everyone has already walked on, following the tracks. "Damn am i really that slow?" Looking up again, he notices that night ahs fallen. "OH COME ON!"
Serrin chuckled at Graham's discomfit. "Think about it this way: at night, we'll be able to see their cookfires a long way off." He strolled off along the path, idly slicing through branches with his axe.
Morgoth snickered. "Eh, alittle blood and gore? Love it."
The sounds of the night were upon the party. The kept moving forward, but with what little light they had, all it did was create spooks and shadows.
Daryz looked out into the woods. "What is that?"
2 bright lights shone, along with 5 or 6 weaker ones.
Serrin sized up the situation, then said "We should split up. 3 go to the left, 3 to the right. We can surround them and see what's happening."
"WIL-A-WHISPS!" Morgoth screamed. "They're undefeatable!"
Daryz laughs "Choose a side. Ill take the right flank."

((We found a bunch of lights and are going to check them out. Serrin suggested flanking them))
"How about me and Morgoth try to sneak a peek and report back. If we scream you guys rush in and save us?" Cale Suggested
"Ill have my bow ready"
"I'll head the left flank. C'mon guys lets get ready" Graham unslings his axe. ":D"
Serrin said "Then I'll take the right. Let's move!"
Morgoth and Cale attempt to move silently
Morgoth: 19+0 = 19
Cale: 8+4 = 12

Cales not-so-stealthy movements alert a few of the goblins in the group.
"Krickarres biwshwanra mekreucka" One says to the others. The move towards the noise.
The other goblins sit around on of two campfires, cooking and chatting in goblin. Most of them are armed with spears and leather armor, but an exspecially tall one sits in the middle, wearing a human sized chainmailshirt with two fighting lions on it.
Daryz readies his bow. "I'll cover Cale"
"Cover me!" Morgoth yelled to Graham as he charged at the goblins.
Cale quickly recognized the leader and used Backstab on him
Serrin stepped out of cover and hurled his throwing axe at a goblin's head. He was preparing to draw his mace when it came hurtling back towards him and dropped into his hand. "Now THAT'S interesting..." he said no no one in particular, then threw it into the fight again.
"That symbol! That's the Kings Guard's chainmail. Be on the ready, these ones know how to fight." Graham holds his axe steady as rage seeps through him. "He's mine Cale." Takes a fighting stance and lunges at the Goblin, swinging his axe wildly.

g4 attacks Morgoth: 18+3 = 21 = 3 damage
g5(leader) doesnt move
g6 doesnt move
g7 attacks Graham: 19+3 = hit = 3 damage
Bakker: 2+0 = 2/miss
Darzy: 14+4 = 18/hit 4 damage on g3
Serrin: 18+2 = hit, 4 damage on g3 (dead)

((ty :D)) "GRR hit again?!? lucky shot." Graham slashes at the leader again and trips on a root. ((use balance)) He struggles to maintain balance and gets agitated as he see's a perfect opportunity to attack.
