As the end-all to this conversation, I'm throwing in my two cents.
I agree with Wpack, OT does not need a leader. Anything vaguely resembling one would simply just come about based upon who is more well respected and liked within the community. Not because a handful of us are bickering about who gets to drive this crazy train to hell.

Leadership is not about who does or does not want the role either joe. Leadership is about who has the qualities needed to do what is necessary and right for the people they lead, while trying to keep the people happy.

Last, but not least: This conversation was utterly moronic, and looking back, I don't even see how it started. All I can see is a few jokes turned into a serious conversation about something ridiculously unimportant.

We do not have a leader. We never have. We simply have people who our community respects and perhaps asks advice of on occasion.

End of story.
