I made a report 4 days ago and still havent gotten an human reply back for it. Its destroying server 140 and its getting rediculous. Something needs to be done about it because its unfair gameplay.

I dont understand what New report sys. means but if you cant get a response try mailing a rep. here and be clear about the actually problem... Idk I cant think to say more cause idk what the problem is.:confused:
I'm assuming the OP is talking about the new customer support system, and in that respect, I have to agree. It's a nice idea to be able to track the progress of your issue, but if there is no progress to track (ie: no feedback/response from the Evony support folks), it's just frustrating. I had a ticket in for 7 days before my issue was finally fixed, but even then there were no replies to my ticket itself - not even to close it out.
However, I must agree that giving some specifics of the problem in the post would help, as it may be something someone here on the forum has experienced and could provide an answer for.
