hehe, btw, good luck rebuilding. Always a tuff decision to give up a city.

minor updates over next 2 days rather than major updates, details will be added slowly.
anti-colonization strategies updated
I had 3 cities colonized, I didnt like that, so what did i do?
Well I moved.:
What you need is :
1 city Teleporter or a lot of patience for workers to walk..
a free city slot / Hunt for medals for a promotion if needed.
Attack a flat near you and create your new city..
Move as many resources and troops to that city as fast as possible..
Then teleport the city away to a different continent..
Now the fun part:
Set all your colonized cities production to 0 (or 1-2% on food production).
Remove all troops from your city.. and send these to the new one you teleported away..
You will need 20 transporters or so in your colonized cities..
Now start demolishing each building a level at a time..
This way you will get resources and your suz wont.. (or he get 15, because default production is 100 at 0%)
All these nice resources you begin to either build troops (which you will send to the new city).
Or transport your resources to the new city...
continue with this till you only have 1 rally spot level 1 left..
after that abandon your city..
now you have another city slot, so build a new one near your teleported city, and you will then have 2 cities to send resources and troops to.
So remember:
0 production or near 0
and no troops except 20 or so transporters (remember your suz can levy your troops each day, so keep only transporters in the city at 20 or so, so he can only get 2-3 transporters.)
After he has used his/her policy on you feel free to stock up on troops and send a massive force to your city at the same time to free up rally spots.
^ is a decent 'soft' method of breaking colonization :)
apart fr the rebuild time to do up a new city, I like how simple it is.
I came out of bp the next day was colonize, got out of that , and started building up , got colonized again I have been that way every since, I teleported away zeroed everything, taxed at 100%, been like that now for over two months Is a time limit on the suzerain or can he hold me indefinitely, if thats the case Evony is going to lose out, because I will not spend any money just to help another person.
If you got colonized straight out of BP, well, thats sad, the guy is just bored or being a bully. But talk to him/her?
Besides that, join an alliance. They can help with advice and support. Look at the two ways at the bottom of the guide, they are two effective ways of breaking colonization.
Age2, much more than Age1, is a team-play game. Unless you are super skilled and know how to survive solo and build up BIG inside BP, you need an active alliance. Shop around for one, you sound like you like to explore things. A word with your suzerain might not be a bad idea either. If they are accepting applications, i.e..
I had over 30 colonies at 1 point, all would just build troops for i assume a uprise, then 1 day one finally decided to ask me to release him, i did because he asked nicely. Another keeps trying to take my valleys, I will never release this guy, and i levy this guys everything (if no troops i take pop).
meaning of the story is if u ask nicely they might release u, be a idiot and they will be harsh.
hehehe.. I do pretty much the same.
I had an idiot that stole my valley, I wrote to him nicely (I thought, maybe he read my guide n wanted to say hello), he never replied. I continue to take his troops.
That said, therez a few ppl that continue to bully ppl that just ask for a chance to build up. Well, I see it everyday, good players held down. I definitely don't enjoy holding down ppl, esp if they have the decency to ask nicely. Good to hear ur take on it :)
